Operating under MacLeod Group Health Services Limited (MGHSL), we are committed to creating a positive, supportive workplace where team members grow, lead, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of Residents and their families.

As a Long Term Care Assistant (LTCA), you will provide hands-on, person-centered care that supports Residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Your duties are to support Resident programs, dining, light housekeeping, and bringing comfort to Residents through friendship and conversation.

Qualifications:

• WHMIS Certification
• Reliability, accountability, and a strong commitment to quality care
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• A clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
