About the MacLeod Group

Providing the highest standard of care with the feeling of home

The MacLeod Cares sense of pride has been instilled in our people since Brian MacLeod and his family founded the MacLeod Group in 1984. Their vision — to provide the highest standard of care with the feeling of home — has remained steadfast as the company has grown over the years. From our modest beginnings in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, we now employ over 1,000 people, caring for over 600 seniors, with homes in 12 communities located throughout the Maritimes.
