MacLeod Cares is always looking for unique ways to grow our workforce of dedicated and skilled individuals who are passionate about caring for seniors.

As part of our recruitment efforts, we are seeking an expression of interest for individuals who are interested in a PAID work & learn opportunity to become a Geriatric Services Worker at one of our MacLeod Cares locations on PEI.

You’ll be an integral part of our team and build the necessary person-centred skills required to support the daily activities of our long-term care residents. The program would include a series of classroom sessions, skills labs and a preceptorship program followed by permanent employment with MacLeod Cares.
