MacLeod Cares is delighted to soon be unveiling our brand-new, leading edge 96-bed long-term care facility in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. The building is like nothing else in the region and we’re excited for our residents and team members to enjoy such a state-of-the-art facility.
The two designated care floors each have three wings, comprised of 16 private rooms with private washrooms. Each wing is self-contained with its own dining, activities and dedicated staff. The home also has a large community room on the main level with access to an outside patio, garden and community trail. It’s incredible and we can’t wait to share it with you soon.
For now, we’re on the hunt for a few more nurses to complete our care team. If you’re a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed in Nova Scotia, looking for a great career move, we want to hear from you! Come work for a team that cares…about our people, our residents and our community. Plus you’ll enjoy great benefits and wonderful people in a brand-new facility.
