MacLeod Cares South Shore Villa is a 71-bed Retirement Living, Community Care, and Nursing Care community, located in in Crapaud, Prince Edward Island, where we provide compassionate, person-centered care across multiple levels of support in a welcoming, home-like environment.

As a Resident Care Worker (RCW), you will provide hands-on, person-centered care that supports the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our Residents.

Qualifications:

• Valid RCW Certification or equivalent experience
• First Aid certification
• WHMIS certification
• Compassionate and positive personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellence driven with a sincere desire to work with the elderly
• A clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
