As a Maintenance Worker, you play a vital role in ensuring our Residents live in a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home environment. You will be responsible for the care and upkeep of the building and grounds, performing or scheduling preventative maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for Residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three year’s maintenance experience
• Experience in building operations and maintenance (preferred)
• WHMIS certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
